Convoy360 support
Help with location sharing, push-to-talk, Spotify Jam and account actions.
01. Contact us
contact@global360.studio. Include your phone model, OS version, app version and reproduction steps. Hide invitation codes, people’s details and precise locations in screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes or session credentials.
02. Location permission is on but sharing is off
Permission in device settings is not enough. Start your own vehicle’s sharing as a driver or copilot in an active trip. Check permission, sharing, GPS and server status separately. Only one device publishes per vehicle; another device may have taken over.
03. Push-to-talk does not respond
Check microphone permission, internet and the radio connection. Review your headset/Bluetooth output. The listener must be in the same convoy and selected radio target. Testing on one phone does not prove delivery to another. Background system radio has not yet been verified with all release capabilities.
04. Spotify Jam will not open
Check your Spotify account and Premium eligibility for remote participation. If the Jam ended, ask the DJ for a new invitation. Convoy360 stores the link; it does not keep Spotify’s session alive. Ending a Convoy360 trip clears its stored invitation; Spotify session management is separate.
05. Privacy, deletion or a content report
Use the deletion steps and privacy information. If you cannot access the app, email the same address with “Convoy360 data request”. For abuse or content concerns, describe the incident and approximate time without unnecessary third-party information.
06. Release status
Native iOS and Android development builds are being tested. There is no public TestFlight/store link yet. Real-car CarPlay/Android Auto verification, persistent hosting and external provider configuration are still part of release preparation.
