Delete your account and data

01. Delete in the app

1. Open Convoy360 and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Choose “Hesabımı ve yüklediğim verileri sil” (delete my account and uploaded data).
3. Read the effects and confirm “Hesabımı sil” (delete my account).
4. A connection error means deletion has not completed; retry or contact support. Successful deletion cannot be undone.

02. What is removed?

Your account, sessions, phone identity mapping if present, convoy memberships, your messages and uploaded media are removed. Your memories, added music entries/votes and related task/expense records are cleaned up. The vehicle location you publish is cleared. Leadership may transfer to a remaining member; other members’ own content remains.

03. What is different?

Uninstalling, signing out or leaving a convoy is not account deletion. Copies saved by recipients and earlier backups may be separate from the live database. Production backup retention/deletion is not final; this policy must be updated before public release.

04. If you cannot access the app

Email an account deletion request. Subject: “Convoy360 account deletion request”. Give your display name and explain the problem; provide only the minimum information needed to identify your account if accessible. Opening an email composer does not send a request; you must send the email. Reasonable ownership verification may be required. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
