Reporting a word card

Tabu360 has 25,000 cards in five languages. If one of them is misspelt, too obscure, has a forbidden word that gives the answer away, or is not suitable for a family table, we want to know.

• Send the main word exactly as it appears on the card, and the language.
• Say what is wrong: a spelling mistake, an unfair forbidden word, an unsuitable topic, or anything else.
• If you want to suggest a replacement, include it — suggestions are welcome and may be used in the game.

Reported cards are reviewed by a person and corrected or removed in the next update of the app. We do not reply to every card report individually, but every one is read.

Beta versions (TestFlight)

If you are testing a pre-release version through Apple TestFlight, you can send feedback with a screenshot directly from the TestFlight app, or write to the support address above. Please mention that you are on the beta and include the build number shown in TestFlight.

To stop testing, open the TestFlight app, choose Tabu360 and tap "Stop Testing". Apple then stops sharing crash logs from your device with us. Details are in Section 3.2 of the Privacy Policy.

Remove Ads purchase help

What it is

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buy it once and ads are switched off for every device signed in with the same Apple or Google account. The price is shown in your local currency in Settings before you confirm.

How to restore it

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases". Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the purchase. This works on a new phone and after reinstalling, and costs nothing.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store, which is the seller of record: Apple — https://reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play — through the Play refund process. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us and we will support any reasonable request you make to the store.

Ad privacy

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can change your ad consent at any time from Settings > "Ad privacy options". On iOS you can withdraw the tracking permission under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Privacy and data requests

To exercise your data rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection — write to contact@global360.studio. We respond free of charge within 30 days.

Most requests you can carry out yourself: your game data exists only on your device, so clearing the names inside the app, or removing the app, erases it completely. Section 11 of the Privacy Policy lists every route, including how to withdraw advertising consent and how to delete data held by the ad provider.

Frequently asked questions

How many players do I need?

Two to six teams, with one to eight players each, on a single device. The describing player holds the phone; everyone else guesses. The device is passed from team to team, so everyone plays together in the same room.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The game itself works fully offline. A connection is only needed to show the ads in the free version and to buy or restore Remove Ads.

Is the game free?

Yes. The full game — every card, every language — is free. The free version shows one short ad after every two completed games. A single one-time purchase, Remove Ads, switches ads off for good; there are no subscriptions.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings from the main menu and pick your language. Five languages are supported: Turkish, English, German, French and Spanish. Each language has its own 5,000 cards written for that language, not translated, so the cards switch with the language.

The timer kept running while I answered a call.

It should not. As soon as the app goes to the background the round pauses by itself; when you come back, tap "Resume" and the clock continues from the same second. If you see anything else, tell us which device and iOS version you are on.

A card looks wrong, too hard or unsuitable.

Write to us with the word, the language and what is wrong with it. We review every report and fix cards in the next update. See "Reporting a word card" below.

Are team names saved?

Yes, on your device only. Team and player names and your last game settings are remembered between games. Clearing a name brings the default label back; deleting the app removes everything.

Is my data collected?

Not by us. The names you enter and your settings stay on your own device and are never sent to us — we run no server and no analytics. In the free version, Google AdMob may process limited device data to show ads; personalised ads only with your permission. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
