Draft terms for Convoy360 trips, location, communication, music and user content.
01. Service and availability
Convoy360 is a crew road trip app developed by Global 360 Studio. This text describes the development/beta scope. Public store distribution and car-display approval are not complete. Features depend on device, region, account and provider requirements.
02. Driving and emergencies
Follow traffic rules and actual road conditions. Leave phone interaction to a passenger/copilot or stop safely. Location and arrival estimates can be delayed. Break reminders are not fatigue detection. Radio requires internet and an available server; it is not emergency assistance or guaranteed communications. Use the appropriate local emergency channel when needed.
03. Accounts and invitations
Protect your session and invitation code. Only share personal data you have authority to share. Do not secretly track people or impersonate others. Leaders can remove members and delegate route, stop and music permissions. Leaving a trip is not account deletion. Guest access may be lost after signing out.
04. Content and conduct
Illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, unauthorised personal-data sharing and rights infringement are prohibited. You must have the required rights and permissions for uploaded text, images and audio. You keep ownership and allow hosting, technical conversion and transmission only as needed to provide your chosen functions. Report issues to contact@global360.studio. In-app reporting and blocking must be completed before general public access.
05. Music and third parties
Spotify controls Jam account, subscription, region, invitation and session rules. Convoy360 does not rebroadcast Spotify audio or guarantee a Jam’s lifetime or invitation validity. Apple Music depends on an eligible Apple account/subscription and release configuration. Only upload audio you have the necessary sharing rights to use. Cross-provider synchronised playback is not promised.
06. Costs and expenses
This development package has no Convoy360 subscription, paid purchase or payment service. Any future paid features must disclose prices and terms before purchase. Mobile data, third-party music subscriptions and travel costs follow your separate agreements. Shared expense balances are records, not collections, debt enforcement or bank transfers.
07. Changes and responsibility
Maintenance, outages and misuse can limit access. Beta software may contain errors or lose data; retain your own copies of important information. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected; these terms do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes require an updated date and any necessary notice.
